Attention B.Ed. 4th Year Students,

We're excited to offer you a special chance to continue contributing to our library's operation outside regular hours. Your involvement can greatly improve library services for your peers and our college community. We're seeking four committed students for a two-semester commitment.

 Role and Payment:

We need responsible students to oversee the library during after-hours when staff aren't available. Those selected will be compensated hourly Nu:50 for their dedicated service.

 Hands-On Experience:

Operating the library after hours gives you practical skills in managing operations, customer service, and resource organization, which will be valuable after graduation.

 Promote Library Awareness:

Active involvement in library activities helps raise awareness about its services and importance in academic success.

 Contribute to Community:

By ensuring the library runs smoothly, you're enhancing the learning experience for the entire campus community.

 How to Apply:

You must be a registered student.

Submit your application expressing interest to the Librarian Office.

Include your CV highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.

Selection:

Candidates will be chosen based on required slots and interviewed by the HR committee with library management representation.

 Training:Selected students will receive training on library operations.

Students will learn about:

Koha system functions (cataloging, circulation, patron and barcode creation).

Classification (DDC) and book arrangement.

Certificate will be provided.
