Dr. Fazal Rizvi, from University of Melbourne will be delivering a public lecture on “Global Transformations and Education Futures”. He holds the position of Emeritus Professor of global Studies in Education at both the University of Melbourne and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Rizvi has an extensive body of works that delves into the issues of identify and culture in transnational context, globalization and educational policy, internalization of higher education, and Australia-Asia relations.
In light of this, I encourage all the MEd (1st & 2nd year) and BEd (general and Dzongkha) final year students to make it a point to attend the talk. It presents a remarkable opportunity that should not be missed.
