Bhutan Sharing & Loving Youth(BSLY) believes in cultivating youth's volunteering spirit alongside their confidence and happiness with the vision, "A Loving and Caring Society". It's a 'Youth Group' under Young Bhutan Network (YBN) which is affiliated to DYS, MoE.
BSLY-PCE is the largest body with 133 members and the first College to start the network.
We would like to invite all the 'First Year' students and those who were not in the College the previous semester (4PCD, 4PCE & 4BD) students to BSLY-PCE.
