The Election Commission of Bhutan is conducting a Civic Education Programme for Bhutanese youth, structured around five key population groups: students, youth, women, urban residents, and rural communities. This initiative aims to enhance civic awareness and promote informed participation in democratic processes.

In this regard, all first- and second-year students are hereby encouraged to participate in the programme scheduled for Saturday, 21 March 2026, as instructed. Refreshments will be served. 

Morning Session

1. Participants:  First- and second-year students (excluding Yoezerling resident students)

2. Venue:            Manjushri Hall 01, Nangkh Choling Campus

3. Time:              8:50 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.

 

Afternoon Session

1. Participants:  Yoezerling Campus students

2. Venue:           Manjushri Hall 02, Ringpung Choeling Campus

3. Time:            2:00 p.m. – 4:00 pm.

All students are expected to attend the session as per their designated group and venue.
