The Examination Unit is sharing the draft timetable for the upcoming Spring 2025 semester-end exams, which will commence on June 2 as per the college calendar. You are requested to review the draft and check the mode of the exam and the modules assigned to each day, date, and time. The current schedule has been made with consideration to the number of examinees per day, the number of exam modules for each programmes, etc.
As the timetable is still in draft form, suggestions for adjustments are welcome before it is finalized. Please note that any requests for changes must be submitted in writing. A Class Representative (CR) from the same programme may submit a signed requests on behalf of the colleagues. All requests should be directed to the "Examination Record". The deadline for submitting these requests is 4:00 PM on May 16. Requests received thereafter shall not be considered.
