Dear Students and Lecturers,

We the students of Inclusive Education are excited to announce that our Programme will be celebrating World Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd (Tuesday). This special day is dedicated to raising awareness about autism, a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior. Autism is a spectrum, meaning it impacts individuals in varying degrees, but every person with autism has unique talents and abilities that deserve recognition and celebration.

This year, our theme is "Colouring Diversity: Embracing the Spectrum of Abilities." We want to highlight the diverse talents and contributions of individuals with autism, and promote an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

To mark this occasion, we have planned a series of fun activities and refreshments for all to enjoy. We encourage everyone to participate and show their support for this important cause.

In keeping with our theme, we also invite you to dress in celebratory clothes (Tshechu like Clothes) that reflect the vibrant diversity of our community. Let's come together to celebrate the unique abilities and talents of individuals with autism, and create a more inclusive world for everyone.

Looking forward to seeing you all on April 2nd!

Best regards,

Inclusive Team
