The first issuance of first Student Identity Card (SID) will be complementary from the College. However, in event of a lost Card and the need for reprinting, a fee of Nu. 500 will be charged. Thus, to accommodate the current expenses involved in issuing quality SID cards, the reprinting rates have been revised for the following reasons:
- The reprinting charge of Nu. 100 was established in 2013, and since then, there has been no increase in the reprinting fee.
- The cost of printing equipment has risen considerably. The repairing and maintenance costs, replacement of damaged printers, card printing films, Ink, and PVC cards etc...
The policy will be implemented with immediate effect (15/3/2024). Therefore, I would like to request everyone to take care of your SID cards to avoid paying unnecessary charges for reprinting.
