Dear Students,

We hope this note finds you well as you prepare to depart for your upcoming break. We would like to remind you about the importance of returning any library books you have borrowed before leaving campus. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Here are some key points to keep in mind:

1   Non-Fiction Books for Pleasure Reading: You are welcome to take non-fiction books from the library for your enjoyment and leisure reading during the break. These books can provide a great opportunity for relaxation and personal enrichment.

2   Essential and Additional Reading Materials: We kindly request that you return any essential and additional reading materials that have been assigned for your courses. It is crucial to have these resources available for other students who may need them for their studies.

Reasons for Not Issuing Essential and Additional Reading Materials:

  • Book Loss: Essential and additional reading materials are often expensive, and if lost, they become unavailable for other students who may require them. Returning these materials ensures their availability for future use.
  • Limited Copies: The library has a limited number of copies of essential and additional reading materials. By returning these books promptly, you contribute to the equitable distribution of resources among all students.
  • ERM and ARM Assessment: APA team will be soon visiting college for assessment of the book’s availability.

Note: If you have taken books from the library without returning them, please be aware that you will be subject to fines as per the rules and regulations of the Royal University.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation in ensuring the timely return of library books. Library department like to wish you all the best in upcoming exam and   wish you a restful and enjoyable break. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to the library staff.

Best regards,

Kinley Wangchuk
