This is to inform to those graduates who graduated in Spring 2020 that your individual academic transcript is ready and will be issued by the office of the Examination and Evaluation Unit. Kindly collect during office hours. Should the individual can't make it for the collection, EEU would like to see a written consent. An authorization letter must include the following:
- A details of the candidates
- Correct Student Number
- Name of the Programme
- Year of Passing
- A details of the person whom you may authorize.
- Attach a copy of student identity card issued by the college.
