Dear Students,

I would like to inform you all that the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Bhutan Lyonpo Tshering Wangchuk has graciously consented to deliver a lecture on the topic of "The Constitution, Democracy and the Rule of Law in Bhutan" on Wednesday 24th April 2019 at the College from 10: 00 am to 1:00 pm. 

Therefore, the B.Ed final year and PgDE students shall attend the Lecture Series without fail on the day and time mentioned above. Since we do not have Rimpung Experiment Seminar in the afternoon tomorrow, please arrange your morning classes in the afternoon. The programme schedule is attached to this email for your kind information. 

Note: Deans, Programme leaders and student representatives are requested to come for reception of the Hon'ble Cheif Justice at parking near the President’s garage. Please bring kabney and rachu with you for this programme. 

Venue: Manjushri hall (Lecture Theatre, Nangka campus)

Time: 9.50 am sharp
